Call for artwork! Dragonfly Gallery has an Open Call for Artwork for the next upcoming exhibition. Accepting all mediums and no limit to size. We encourage new and emerging artists to apply.

Exhibition Dates: Saturday, Nov. 18th 2023-Jan. 7th 2024
Opening Reception: Saturday, Nov.18th 2023 from 6pm-9pm
Deadline: Friday, Oct. 20th midnight
Drop off dates: Week of the Oct. 30th
Pick up dates: Week of the Jan. 7th

Open Call-is open to anyone older than 18 years of age.

All work must be ready to install.

Entry Fee
$35 for up to three entries submitted. Fees are non-refundable.
What is the fee used for?
Dragonfly Gallery is a nonprofit organization. It is operated by artists, for artists, with no substantial reserve or endowment. All proceeds from entry fees fund exhibitions and programming related expenses.
Submission of images
All digital submissions should be JPEG's. Label each submission with artist First name and last name followed with entry number. (Ivonne Cruz_1.jpg). Attach a Word or PDF of image list with the following for each. Title, Size, Medium, Price

Delivery and Return of work
If shipping work, make sure to include a return label. All shipping costs are paid by the artists.
Sale of Artwork
All sale prices are set by the artists. Please note Dragonfly Gallery will retain a commission of 25% of the sale price on all artwork sold during the exhibition.
Copyright
All artists retains full copyright of exhibited work. By submitting artwork, artists agree the right to use the images in publications and gallery publicity.
